A warm welcome to Görlitz! We are a dedicated team – hosts with passion, heart and a good sense of humor. Our three lovingly furnished historic apartments are more than just places to stay – they are spaces to relax, arrive, and feel at home. My name is Andreas, I live in Görlitz and I’m always available for you if you have any questions or need support. Whether you're looking for local tips, flexible check-in times or just a friendly hello – you’re in good hands with us. OUR BEGINNING ...
Our journey began somewhat by chance in 2020: when we took over the existing Airbnb business from our former tenant in a charming old building, our very first holiday apartment – APP I – was born.
With passion, fresh ideas, and hands-on support, we redesigned the space step by step into a place where guests instantly feel welcome.
In 2021, we took the next step: a second apartment in the same building was fully renovated, lovingly furnished, and opened as APP II. We’re especially proud of how much we did ourselves – from choosing the furniture to assembling it all.
By 2023, we expanded our small holiday rental project with APP III. What began as a spontaneous venture has grown into a true passion for hospitality, style, and functional design.
Today, we’re proud to offer our guests three individually designed apartments – each with its own charm, but with one shared goal: to make your stay in Görlitz as pleasant and unforgettable as possible.

Behind our apartments is a true family project! From the loving preparation to the personal guest care – we put our heart into making sure you feel completely at home.
Our little four-legged friends keep spirits high and (mostly while napping) watch over the well-being of our guests.
The kids keep the team on their toes and bring life to the house – adding that authentic family feeling!
And let’s not forget our dedicated cleaning professional, who ensures everything is spotless and orderly with an eye for detail and plenty of experience – so your stay is not only cozy but sparkling clean.
