Three beautiful bright ALTBAU - 1 ZKB apartment (35sqm/35sqm/45sqm), which leaves nothing to be desired. Neisse river, border, university, city park, shopping, old town within walking distance. For breakfast, lunch and dinner there is a cozy functional kitchen with PREMIUM microwave / induction plate. Large king-size bed (2 people) with a new mattress for lounging in the smaller apartment (35sqm). In the larger apartment (45sqm) there is also a sofa bed in the salon for 2 people and a sofa bed in the entrance area for 1 person (max 5 people)
VODAFONE Cables 100 MBit make streaming, TV, work to the joy. Wellness bath with bathtub!

The living room
100% relaxing atmosphere in the large KINGSIZE bed with ANTIK mirror. And yes, it is old building with 3,50m ceiling height. That's where old-style feeling comes on. Just relax, watch TV or stream online movies with 100 MBIT internet access. For permanent tenants, the large wardrobe is also perfectly suitable. If you feel like running across the border (50m) and buy cheap or sipping a cocktail at the Afirmacije in Poland (200m) - no problem. You will definitely appreciate the walk on the Neisse (100m), in the city park in Görlitz (100m) or Poland (200m). By the way, the city center with pedestrian zone can be reached in 5 minutes, as well as the historic old town. Weclome in Görliwood!

The apartment is in excellent condition! We felt completely comfortable. Everything was perfect and thoughtfully arranged – something we’ve rarely experienced! Communication about where to get the key and the information provided in the apartment were super clear. The location is great, with parking right at the door! Bathroom, kitchen, bed – all superb! Ja, direkt vor dem Haus stehen in der Regel kostenfreie öffentliche Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Alternativ finden Sie auch in der näheren Umgebung ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten.

Check-in ist ab 15:00 Uhr möglich, Check-out bitte bis spätestens 11:00 Uhr. Solltet ihr andere Zeiten benötigen, gebt uns einfach vorher Bescheid – wir versuchen gerne, eine flexible Lösung zu finden.
